Refund policy

The following policy applies to all purchases made through 431-88. We’ve outlined the process below to ensure a clear and straightforward experience.

7-Day Exchange: We offer a 7-day exchange on standard-size products from the date of delivery for:

• ⁠Size or fit concerns
• Production defects
• If the product wasn’t quite what you expected

Exchange Eligibility: Exchange requests are accepted for standard-size products only. To be eligible, the product must:

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Be returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
• ⁠Be returned in its original packaging.

A logistics fee of INR 500 will be applicable towards the reverse pickup and dispatch of the replacement product. Custom-size and made-to-order garments are not eligible for exchange. If a genuine fit concern arises, our team will assist with the necessary alterations.

Requesting an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, email customercare@431-88.com or WhatsApp +91 85128 43188 with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the exchange
• Product images, where applicable

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. After the garment is received and passes our quality check, the replacement will be dispatched, subject to availability or the applicable production timeline.

Size Guidance: We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. The measurements provided are finished garment measurements, and many 431-88 silhouettes are intentionally oversized and androgynous by design.

Custom-Size & Made-to-Order Garments: Custom-size and made-to-order garments are created specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. If alterations are required due to a genuine fit concern, our team will work with you to achieve the best possible fit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of:

• The product
• ⁠The packaging
• ⁠The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer either:

• ⁠A replacement, subject to availability, or
• A credit note equivalent to the value of the product.

Refunds: 431-88 does not offer refunds as a standard policy. Any request for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remains solely at the discretion of 431-88.

Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange, return or refund:

• Sale or discounted products
• Gift cards
• Custom-size or personalized products (except for fit-related alterations outlined above.
