At 431-88, we offer Cash on Delivery for domestic orders within India. As many of our pieces are made to order, the following terms apply.

 

Ready-to-Ship (RTS)

For Ready-to-Ship styles, Cash on Delivery is available with a 20% advance payment.

• An advance payment of 20% is required to confirm your order. This can be made online via a payment link, QR code, bank transfer, bank deposit, or any other available prepaid payment method.

• The remaining 80% is payable at the time of delivery.

• ⁠All orders will be processed and dispatched once the advance payment has been received.

 

Made-to-Order (MTO)

As each Made-to-Order garment is crafted specifically for you, a 50% advance payment is required to begin production.

• 50% of the order value must be paid in advance to confirm your order.

• The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.

• Production will commence only after the advance payment has been received.

 

Terms

• Cash on Delivery is available only for domestic orders within India.

• ⁠Advance payment is required to confirm all COD orders.

• If a confirmed COD order is refused without a valid reason, 431-88 reserves the right to decline future COD requests from the same customer.

• For Made-to-Order pieces, cancellations after production has commenced will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• 431-88 reserves the right to accept or decline any Cash on Delivery request at its discretion.

We recommend choosing prepaid payment wherever possible, as it allows us to process and dispatch your order more efficiently. Cash on Delivery is offered as an additional convenience and is subject to the terms outlined above.
