What is 431-88.com's Returns policy?

  • At 431-88 we offer a 7 day exchange and/ or return policy from the date when the product is received by you.
  • Drop an email at info@431-88.com within a period of 7 days, from the date of receiving the same.
  • Return and exchange of goods is only possible if the merchandise is received in a sellable condition.
  • All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • Once a member of our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from this date and will be sent via bank transfer.
  • Returns and refunds are not possible for customers outside India.
  • Any request for refund being made subsequent to the aforementioned 7 days post-delivery will not be entertained by us. Any email after the 7th day of receiving the order, will NOT be processed.
  • The product sought to be returned must be received by us at the following address within 14 days from date of delivery, with a completed and detailed REFUND NOTE inside the packet. Packet to be addressed to: Sales Return

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Can I return a part of my order?

  • Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned would need to be returned in full.

How will I receive my Refund?

  • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue a Credit Note or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. The Credit Note can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue a Credit Note or do a refund via Bank Transfer. The Credit Note can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
  • If a Credit Note were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as a Credit Note. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

How long will the refund process take?

  • Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?

  • We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value?

  • No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.

Will I be charged for exchange?

  • There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value.

Will I be charged for exchange?

  • Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

Can I re-exchange?

  • Sorry, you would not be able to re-exchange a product after the 1st exchange. We would advise you to understand the reason for dissatisfaction the 1st time and get that addressed in one go.

Can I cancel the exchange?

  • If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount in form of a Credit Note.
  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please d accept the delivery and please return it as per our Return policy. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
